Order Handling and Delivery

All orders will undergo a handling period before shipment, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with full tracking information. Please allow up to 10-25 business days to receive your order, although delivery times may vary depending on your country and the product's location.

Please note that for logistical reasons, items may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. However, once the order has been processed, it may not be cancelled.

To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address, please make sure to provide the accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Please note that for international shipments, import/customs taxes may be required to be paid. These taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Minimo Bebe will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you're not, we're here to help. You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that we will only accept returns for items that are in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return number. Please include this number with your returned item(s) to ensure that your refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the return number, we can't guarantee that your refund will be processed.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered. Your return will not be accepted in the following cases, among others:

  • The item has been damaged by the user.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
